Building a Team With VRA Realty, LLC
VRA Realty's Team Plan is designed to help you build a Successful team.
Here's how it works:
- Team leader pays $500 from their side of the sale until reaching CAP of 28 sales.
- Team members pay $500 from their side of the sale until reaching CAP of 14 sales.
- After the CAP is reached, transactions are only $50, charged only to the team member.
- The team leader will only pay a $50 transaction fee after they CAP if they are the ONLY person on the sale.
- The commercial transaction fee of 5% is taken off of the top of the deal before the team split. There are no other transaction fees charged on a commercial deal.
- Leases, commercial, and referrals do NOT count toward your CAP.
